If we accept you, you finish a payee packet before a public kit goes live. Quarterly funding, described publicly as a donation to the organization, follows billed spend and a written agreement. Kithix does not represent it as a tax-deductible charitable gift.

The written funding agreement controls cancellation, inactive accounts, payment timing, corrections, and the end of funding. Marketing examples do not override that agreement.

IT leaders follow their employer’s procurement policy. Same contract, same price. Kithix does not call a CIO to sell. The introduction is the link a school or parent sends.
