These terms cover kithix.com, skipthefundraiser.com, and the portal at app.kithix.com, all operated by Kithix LLC (“Kithix”, “we”). The sites and the program are for organizations and companies in the United States.

Kithix is a referral practice. A PTO, PTA, or booster invites parents and community members who make technology decisions at work. They share a project their company has already planned and budgeted. Kithix introduces suppliers serving U.S. businesses. The company decides, and buys direct from the supplier at its normal price.

Kithix does not sell, resell, quote, or mark anything up, and it is never on the contract or the invoice. The supplier side pays Kithix for the introduction. Kithix is not a supplier and does not act for any one supplier.

Applying does not create a funding relationship. Kithix reviews eligibility and may accept or decline an application.

An organization that is accepted completes private setup and agrees to the written funding agreement before Kithix emails its school link.

Kithix sends an accepted organization a donation each quarter after invoices are paid, while the referred account stays active. How it is calculated is set out in the funding terms.

Kithix does not represent the donation as a tax-deductible charitable gift.

The written funding agreement controls cancellation, inactive accounts, when donations are sent, corrections, and the end of funding. Marketing examples do not override that agreement.

Dollar figures on these sites are worked out from the published share and an example monthly spend. The restaurant-night numbers and the line items under “What a quarterly donation could cover” are illustrative prices. They are not forecasts, guarantees, or results from a real organization.

An introduction is not a purchase. Nothing is sent to an organization unless a referred company buys and its invoices are paid.

An IT buyer follows their employer’s procurement policy. The company buys on the supplier’s own contract, at the price it would pay without Kithix. Kithix does not call an IT buyer to sell, and nobody is obliged to take an introduction, meet a supplier, or buy.

If your employer has rules about purchases that benefit a group you are connected to, tell your manager or procurement team before you buy, and follow what they say.

Supplier names and logos belong to their owners.

Nothing on these sites is legal, tax, or accounting advice. Review the written agreement with your organization’s treasurer or adviser, and ask them how the donation should be recorded.

If this page changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
