For IT managers, directors, and CIOs
The renewal you were going to run anyway can fund your kid’s school.
Name a project you already have — a communications renewal, a security review, a circuit upgrade. One four-minute intake, introductions to established suppliers. Same contract. Same price.
Kithix is paid by the suppliers we match if you choose to work with them, and donates to your referring school organization — your company does not pay extra.
You’re not short on supplier calls. You’re short on calls worth taking.
- A guided four-step intake
- You pick the windows
- We do not call you
- The organization sees only your first name, company, and general status

After the intake
How matches are chosen
We use the technology categories and requirements from your intake to identify relevant suppliers from the U.S. network. A match narrows the field; it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of fit.
What an introduction is
Introduction details arrive at your work email. It is information, not a meeting — no supplier conversation happens unless you choose to continue.
Who runs the process
You do. You pick the meeting windows, you follow your employer's procurement policy, and you decide fit. We do not call you.
Questions go to a person, not a queue: Amber Nash, founder.
The projects parents already have at work
This is not a PTA favor. Real suppliers. Real procurement. You were going to buy the technology anyway.
Most of these are renewals and replacements. If you already have a supplier, fine. Name the project. Meet the people we introduce. Nobody has to rip out a working contract for the school. The donation to the PTO or booster is funded by Kithix, not by a line item on your invoice.
The directory spans cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, communications, contact center, mobility, IoT, and AI. A listing does not guarantee fit. Kithix uses the needs you provide to identify relevant introductions, and you decide whether to continue.
Somewhere between the RFP and the renewal, this one buys the trumpets.
One introduction
An introduction is information, not a sales call.
Against your actual alternatives.
| Your time | Price impact | Who benefits | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Field the cold calls | Hours of unqualified discovery | None | Nobody |
| Go direct / incumbent reseller | The same procurement as always | Same | The reseller |
| Kithix — same procurement | A four-minute intake, then calls you scheduled | Same contract, same price | Your school organization, every quarter |
Kithix is paid by the suppliers we match if you choose to work with them. The donation to the organization is funded by Kithix — never a line item on your invoice.
I have a school link
Paste the address. That opens the intake.
After you submit, we use the technology categories you selected to identify relevant suppliers. Introduction details go to your work email. A conversation happens only if you choose to continue. The organization never sees the project, budget, or your work contact details.
Questions go to Amber Nash, founder.
I don’t have a link yet
No school slug required. Work email, company, and what you need. We introduce from here.
We do not contact you to sell. A participating PTO or booster sees only your first name, company, and general status — not your project, budget, business contact details, or meeting windows.
