Kithix LLC (“Kithix”, “we”) operates kithix.com and skipthefundraiser.com, and the portal at app.kithix.com where applications, school links, and the IT intake are handled. This page covers all three. The program runs in the United States only.

We collect what you type into a form. Which form decides what that is.

• Organization application: the organization’s name and type (and the sport, for a sports booster), the school’s name, city and state, and the contact’s first and last name, role in the organization, and email. A phone number and a note (“Anything we should know?”) are optional.
• IT buyer without a school link: the school the buyer wants to support, the buyer’s name, company and work email, and for each project (up to five) the technology categories it covers and a short description.
• Board packet check-in: an email address, used for one message from Kithix asking whether the board has questions. The packet itself opens on the page and is not emailed.
• IT intake on the portal: the buyer’s name and work contact details, company and role, and for each project they share (up to five) its details, monthly budget range and timeline, plus any times they suggest to talk.

What you send through a form is stored, with a short reference number, so Kithix can read it and reply by email.

No public form asks for a tax number, a W-9, or bank details. An accepted organization provides those later, through a private setup step.

When email-based sign-in is used on the portal, Kithix stores the email address needed to sign you in.

• To review an application and set up an organization that is accepted.
• To introduce an IT buyer to suppliers that fit the project they described.
• To reach a school’s parent organization when an IT buyer names a school that has no link yet, so the donation can go to them.
• To write once to someone who asked for a check-in about the board packet, and to reply if they write back.
• To calculate and send donations, and to keep the records that requires.

Kithix sees what you submit.

The organization sees the donation amount and which referral it came from. It never sees the contract, the pricing, or the invoices.

We share an IT buyer’s contact and project details with a supplier only when the buyer chooses to talk to that supplier. Before that, suppliers do not receive them.

The companies that run these sites for us (hosting, the database, email, analytics, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form is sent by a person) process this information on our behalf.

The sites use Vercel Analytics to count visits: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and what kind of device and browser they use. It sets no cookies.

The sites can also use Google Analytics 4 for the same measurements. When it is on, it sets cookies. Its advertising features are turned off: the sites measure visits and do not build advertising audiences.

Alongside page views, the sites count these actions: an application sent, a board packet check-in requested, the IT intake started, the IT intake sent, the no-link form sent, and an explainer video played. Each one records only which site it happened on and whether the page was for schools or for IT buyers. What you type into a form is never sent to either tool, and the code has no way to attach it.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not collect data from minors. The forms are for adults acting for a school organization or an employer.

We do not ask for information about students or families, and families are never asked to register, give, or buy through these sites.

Kithix keeps records as long as needed to operate the program, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, patient data, student records, or other regulated content through the public forms.

Do not email tax or bank documents. Accepted organizations receive instructions for sending them privately.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to hello@kithix.com. We will do what the law and our record-keeping obligations allow, and tell you if there is something we have to keep.
