Kithix operates this program in the United States. On an organization application, we collect the organization name and type, school, city and state, contact name, email, phone, role, and the reason for applying.

On an IT intake, we collect identity and work contact details, company and role, connection to the school, technology categories, project and buying-context details, optional supplier preferences, compliance needs, meeting windows, and consent.

The PTO or booster sees only the IT leader’s first name, company, and general status. It does not see last name, work email, mobile number, title, project details, budget, compliance answers, supplier selections, or meeting windows.

We use organization information to review program fit and complete setup. We use IT intake information to evaluate the requested introduction and coordinate with relevant suppliers only when the IT leader chooses to continue.

We do not sell personal information. We do not collect data from minors. When email-based sign-in is used, Kithix stores the email address needed for authentication.

Kithix retains records as needed to operate the program, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, patient data, student records, or other regulated content through the public forms.
