You find the IT parents. We give you the kit to invite them.
Look for the parents and community members who buy technology at work. Invite them with the ready-to-send emails and social posts in the kit. Approved organizations can also plan managed outreach with Kithix during setup. The IT leader completes a school-specific, guided four-step intake and names a project they already have. We identify relevant options among established suppliers from the U.S. network. They decide if one fits. If they buy, the PTO or booster receives a donation every quarter after invoices are paid, while the referred account remains active.
Skip the Fundraiser is the public campaign for this same program. Use that site with the board if that name is easier to say out loud.
What it takes to get started
You apply. You look for the IT parents. We give you the kit.
Apply
A short guided application about the school. No EIN. No bank.
Find the IT parents
Look for the ones who buy technology at work. Use the ready-to-send kit, or plan managed outreach with Kithix during setup.
Someone in IT names a project they already have
A guided four-step intake. They pick the meeting windows.
They meet a supplier
We identify relevant suppliers. They decide if one is a fit.
If they buy, the PTO or booster receives a quarterly donation
After invoices are paid, while the referred account remains active.
We review every application. If approved, the payee packet and setup come before the kit goes live. Funding starts only after a referred purchase and paid invoices.
The PTO or booster
Start with a short guided application. No EIN. No bank. If approved, finish a payee packet and setup, then get the ready-to-send kit. Look for the IT parents and invite them with email templates and social posts. Approved organizations can also plan managed outreach with Kithix during setup. You do not sell a thing, chase invoices, or staff a table.
The IT leader
They get invited by a PTO, booster, or parent they already know. In a guided four-step intake, they name a project they already have and pick meeting windows. We identify relevant options among established suppliers from the U.S. network. They decide if one fits.

The money, said out loud
- Kithix is paid by the suppliers we match.
- The PTO or booster receives a donation every quarter after invoices are paid, while the referred account remains active.
- The org’s share is a percent of the customer’s monthly spend, tiered.
- If nobody buys, the org owes nothing.
Modeled example: $10,000 a month in spend → $6,000 a year donated to the organization. Actual funding is not guaranteed.
Org share of spend
| Customer monthly spend | Org share of spend |
|---|---|
| $0 – $74,999 | 5% |
| $75,000 – $99,999 | 6% |
| $100,000 – $249,999 | 7% |
| $250,000+ | 10% |
No added customer cost. Kithix is paid by the suppliers we match. The organization’s donation does not appear as a line on the company’s invoice.
